Our Policies
Thank you for considering Awaken Inn for your next visit to Delaware Shore. Please review our policies and we wish you an enjoyable stay.
- Full breakfast is included in daily rates.
- Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $25/day.
- Children over 12 years old are welcome. We do not offer childcare.
- 50% Deposit is due when booking your visit. The balance is due upon arrival.
- If you cancel your reservation with at least 8 (eight) days notice, your 50% deposit will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. If you cancel with less than 8 days notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Shortened stays or early check-outs will be responsible for 100% of the reservation.
- Check-in permitted between 3pm – 9pm. For check-in outside of these times, please call to make arrangements.
- Guest check-out time is 12pm noon.
- Check-out time is 12pm noon.
- Respectfully, there is No smoking or pets.
